What are we paid for?
An exciting meet up with Amway president, Doug Devos in the beginning of the month. I really like one of the statement by his dad, Rich Devos.
在这个月头见了安利总裁后，我真的很兴奋。我很喜欢老狄维斯曾经说的一句话，
"We know what you've been through".
“我们非常明白你所经过的风风雨雨”
This is such a powerful sentence to all the distributors all over the world. In day job, we are paid in order to fulfill what our boss what us to accomplish for them. Most of the time, they don't even care about the process, they just need the end result. But in Amway, we are working hard to accomplish something for ourselves, our future. In Chinese we say, all the "sour, sweet, bitter, spicy" we've been through. Amway knew about it and that is what we are paid for.
Do you see the difference?
这句话对每个安利传销商老说是非常震撼的。在早上那份工，我们是被雇用来完成老板的要求或需求。往往老板是完全不管整个过程，他们只在意结果罢了。简单来说，“我管你，你死都要死出来”。但是在安利，我们是为了我们的未来而奋斗。我们所经过的“酸甜苦辣”，安利公司完全知道，因此他们重重奖赏我们。
你们看到分别了吗？
Amway is so great, too wonderful. They paid unimaginable rewards to all the successful distributors. Why? Because the reward is measurable based on all the hard work we put in, and not how much we worth to the company.
This is just so AWESOME.
安利很棒，非常棒。他们的奖励，是无以伦比的。为什么？因为公司奖励我们付出的泪水，汗水和口水。绝对不像一般公司，你对公司的价值多少，你月尾就领多少。
这真是太神奇了！

The Waitress
A lot of things flash by my minds when I kept on watching a McDonald waitress doing her job. What is so special about this lady? I am sure she is nearing 50 years old or older than that. I couldn't see any smile on her face but she still need to do the job that obviously she do not like. Then I compare her with Madam Wong. If she didn't choose to do Amway when she was in Miri, she will become another high paid lady who is eagerly planning on retirement since years ago. Therefore, making a right choice is definitely more important than anything else. Fortunately Madam Wong did, unfortunately this lady waitress didn't.
Yes, we did too.
我的脑袋里突然间很多想法。因为我不断在看着一个麦当劳的女服务员在做她的工作。那又有什么特别呢？我猜，她应该接近50岁了，甚至更老。我完全看不到一丝笑容在她的脸上。当然，在这个年龄做这种工作有谁会高兴？我把她跟madam wong比较，简直是天壤之别。如果当初madam wong没有选择做安利，她应该也会是另一个非常期待退休的高薪一族。做对选择比任何事情都来得重要。Madam Wong做对了选择，所以她今天整个家族命运改变。但是那个服务员没福气。
我们今天全都庆幸选对了事业。

This is my way of self motivating. I love to write, especially on
whatever I encounter in my daily life. I will make sure myself to keep
growing in this business. As what Madam Wong said, the greatest
encouraging power in this world comes from ourselves. It is from within
us, not without. I fully understand and that is why I nonstop motivating
myself all the time. Besides, this is my own business and I do think
far, really far. I have great plan for myself. This blog will play one
significant role in my Amway business.
